Weekly Vibe #163

Hi Creative and Fashionable people!

Welcome to Weekly Vibe #163! I hope you had a great Lunar New Year celebration and an awesome Valentine's Day!

For those 2 events I had a great time! Check out my outfit(well my lower body) of what I wore for Lunar New Year house visiting!

Remember the LED shoes? Check it out! Those leggings are actually part of the pair of shorts I bought from H&M like 2 in 1 shorts plus leggings together. As cool as they are, I still think they belong for wear in a colder environment as they do feel really quite warm, the built in leggings were pretty thick. Oh and I also brought along my lightsabers for my nieces and nephews to play with!

Seeing the glow in their eyes(not from the lightsaber) just makes it really special at least for me, the love of Star Wars that started decades ago is still growing even for the younger ones!

My Valentine's Day was very nice too! I did managed to get my date with a friend from Malaysia and we went to the S.E.A Aquarium at Resorts World Sentosa, it was really nice of her to travel 2 hours on a bus to Singapore from Johor for the meet up and I totally enjoyed it and she did too!

Oh and remember on my earlier comment why the 2 in 1 shorts and leggings were pretty just too darn warm to wear out? Well I wore it out on Valentine's Day and whilst being outdoor, I was melting away.. well I got the black shirt which also contributed to it.. I guess I gotta keep that combination for colder countries.. :X

Weekly Vibe #161

Hi Creative and Fashionable people!

Welcome to Weekly Vibe #161! I am so looking forward to Lunar New Year! And counting down just 2 more weeks to go!

On Sunday I had an awesome photoshooting out with my friends and we grabbed some really nice shots and well needless to say I'm always out with tights on Sunday!

What makes this entire blocks of apartments are that it's going to be demolished this year and in its place will be a whole new expressway, I really miss the way things were built in the old days. I think it's really a small country state issue isn't it? The lack of size to contain certain heritage styles of construction for the sake development, though yes I'd wholeheartedly agree that development is important and important for progress and that is why we can see how Singapore is one of the top few countries when it comes to development in the world. 

We did really cool shots and I hope to share some more when my friends post up the photos!

It's the time of the year again.. Valentine's Day! Though I maybe kinda lonely this year.. or maybe not? Looking forward to going out with someone who knows about this blog and gives really positive feedback and encouragement to me!

Weekly Vibe #118

Welcome to Weekly Vibe #118 and Happy Lunar New Year! Xin Nian Kuai Le! The past few days for myself were a lot of merrying and having many house visits to my relatives and girlfriend's, ate quite a bit and was down with a slight diarrhea albeit getting better after a few charcoal pills and plus lotsa nice red packets!(which contain a token sum of money) and that is mostly why I really enjoyed it as a youth but now I really appreciate the time spent with my relatives because family really matters! Weekly Vibe #64

Hi Creative and Fashionable people!

Welcome to the 65th edition of Weekly Vibe! Firstly I want to wish all the Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese readers a Happy Lunar New Year! 

This week I spent most of time celebrating Lunar New Year with my friends and family! Feasting, playing and fellowshiping!

The favourite part of Lunar New Year for me other than the new clothes, shoes, food and red packets has to be spending time with my family and friends! Like thanksgiving dinner in the US, we have the reunion dinner, shared with a hotpot, nice food and awesome company! :)

Recently I'm actually finding some interest in mock suspender tights, I find it really nice actually, but you probably you won't spot me in them lol, I think they would look really wrong on me hahaha!(With the fake garter showing that is) However I'm actually considering trying them nevertheless so I'm actually looking for nice ones to try out!

Weekly Vibe #12

Hi Creative and Fashionable individuals!

Welcome to the 12th LFFM Weekly Vibe! This week was pretty awesome actually, I carried on with Hosiery Advocate +Eugene Wong's interview with me on the subject of men and hosiery. Do keep a look out for his blog hosieryadvocate.blogspot.com he is one of the pioneers in advocating men to wear hose openly and has boldly wore them openly and publicly in shorts and has gained recognition over the internet on the subject of pantyhose for men.

Personally I have been actively looking out for a new Canon DSLR to buy as I'm finding my Canon 500D insufficient to my professional engagements outside of working in the baby photography studio. I made a trip to Vivo City Singapore's Canon showroom and handled one of it's new mid-range Full-Frame sensor camera, the Canon EOS 6D and boy was I unimpressed.. well due to the fact that I use a Canon EOS 5D MK III in my studio which obviously surpasses the 6D in terms camera performance. It was smaller and gave me the toyish plastic feel.

So needless to say I'm going to buy the 5D MK III, and for those Nikon users out there.. no I won't buy Nikon, I won't even consider it at all... It's a photographer thing. I'm sure all the photographers get what I mean.. Anyways of course I wore tights out! And needless to say.. no one really cared or stared at me like I was some freak or anything.

I was thinking how I could match my Charnos 80D Navy Opaques with my clothes, I went with a black long sleeved shirt which I rolled the sleeves up, along with the army green cargo shorts, checkered flat hat and topped it off with a lenseless plastic black glasses and accessorised with a black tote bag. I kinda liked the look, but unfortunately no photos of the outfit because I do not have a front facing camera on my phone so I could only take photos of my legs.. :(

Meanwhile I'm still working on getting some time to do a review on the Sarah Borghi's 50den Line tights, I might probably be able to work it out during the Lunar New Year Season. That's all for this week!
