I chanced on this image when I was in Pinterest, the model that posted the actual link on Lookbook is missing but at least we got this photo! 

He is definitely wearing one of Emilio Cavallini's tights and I really like them! This outfit is actually pretty fresh, from the shirt to the vest, shorts, tights and his shoes altogether a very nice summer look, who says you can't wear tights in summer? Cool star patterned tights!
