Weekly Vibe #119

Welcome to Weekly Vibe #119! How time flies and we are already in March!! Unfortuately I had to spend the first day of March working on a Sunday... well I believe some of our friends here also work on a Sunday as well... so why am I complaining? Oh wells.. :X 

Well anyways something really interesting happened, well I always made it a habit to wear my tights for work on Sunday.. well with shorts of course! I didn't have to do much on a Sunday as all I needed to do was watch the little shop from 10am to 6pm. But anyways! One of the neighbours next to my little shop noticed something, she stared at my legs and she said.. well in mandarin "Ohh! Men's pantyhose?" I was really laughing it out in my heart because I always wore them and you finally noticed them!! Haha! and of course I nodded. I was kinda intrigued that she didn't notice them all the past 2 years... incredible!

Outfit of the Week #68

Hi Creative and Fashionable people!

Welcome to the first Outfit of the Week of 2015! And I feel a good way to kick off is to feature one of my outfits!

Most of my threads were from Thailand, with the exception of shoes, lenseless frames, my Tiger Head backpack(not seen) and tights. I wore a simple black T-shirt with a Hammer and Sickle print and a drop crotch pants which I rolled up to my knees to show the Cette Dublin black opaque tights. Weekly Vibe #62

Hi Creative and Fashionable people!

Welcome to the Weekly Vibe #62! I hope you guys are all doing great and getting warmed up for the year ahead! I for myself started doing other workouts and have started doing this "Intense Abs & Cardio Workout" devised by Six Pack Shortcuts on YouTube. Here it is:

I tried it for the first time on mid this week and boy was it really intense! The muscle aches came in more each day passed and I know I'm doing it right and I will keep doing it! All I need is just shedding another 7kg or so and maintain it!

Special Focus: Cette Dublin Plus Size Opaque Tights

Today we will be taking an in depth look into the Cette Dublin Plus Size Opaque Tights.

PantyhoseHQ has kindly sent me a pair of these for review, and I was really looking forward to trying these as they have very favourable reviews and recommendations for a men's first pair of tights to try on and they rightfully deserve so and you shall find out why in this review!

First look

At first look, these are really very luxurious feeling tights, taking them off from the packaging gives you the feeling that they are truly a luxury item! These were very nicely packaged. 60 denier with sheer to waist brief, sheer toes with and a cotton gusset.

Putting them on

PantyhoseHQ sent me an XL size for this, the length of the legs had ample space and boy sliding them up... it felt really nice as they just glided up to my legs and I noticed that it had a lot of stretch!

Feel and Look

These felt really really smooth and soft and also you could feel its durability, though it is mentioned to be matte, these actually give out quite a lot of shine(which you can see in the photo above) as compared to other matte tights I got. As your knees bend you could start seeing skin showing, about some 40% opacity. It's opacity is pretty accurate to what you see in the packaging picture, it's more of a semi opaque but leaning more to an opaque appearance.

Material Content: 94% Nylon, 6% Lycra & 1% Cotton

Sizes: 

•          XL = 5'1" - 5'9" Height 44-48in hips
•          2XL = 5'1" - 5'9" Height 48-53in hips
•          3XL = 5'3" - 5'9" Height 53-59 hips
•          4XL = 5'3" - 5'9" Height 58 - 63 hips

Colours: Black, Ristretto & Chartreux

Pros: These are very comfortable, won't make you heat up too much as it's 60 denier, very smooth and glides up to your leg, very stretchy, decent price paying for tights of this quality and very good for men who want to try tights for the first time.

Cons: They are probably not the cheapest tights you will find around but come on hey these are good quality tights! If you're looking for something totally opaque these wouldn't work out for you.

Conclusion:

These are really great tights, this is one of those that you know you should have in your wardrobe if you are a guy who wear tights and if you are wanting to try tights on, these are the ones that you should really really go for!

Today I also finally received a pair of Wolford Velvet De Luxe 66 which I have ordered from Tightsplease.

It took a little longer because Tightsplease was waiting for the XL stocks to come hence I had to wait a little longer.
