Weekly Vibe #207

Hi Creative and Fashionable people!

Happy Labour Day everyone! Well I suppose it depends where you are from but at least here in Singapore it's a day off and the people don't go on the streets to protest anymore and it's long 3 day weekend for us :D

I was supposed to get ready for the tights review but sadly that has been some kind of delay from the postal side so I guess it will have to wait! Meanwhile I have been thinking up of other features like perhaps featuring certain of the blog readers as an interview on this blog! So stay tuned!

The temperature and humidity here has been really weird, it can get really warm at 1400hrs then it starts raining at 1700hrs, wearing tights out has been something I might to hold back on while I'm out but regardlessly I still wear them after work for my gym workout sessions since the sun has set and the temperature isn't so high and warm.

Hi Creative and Fashionable people!

Welcome to Weekly Vibe #205! It's Holy Week already and I'm so looking forward to Easter because I can finally start eating normal again and it's also the Lord's Resurrection! In any case if you are living where I'm at, you should stay healthy and put on masks if you can because there is influenza happening and it's not good! :X I have been getting bouts of runny nose and bad sneezing for the past 2 weeks and no matter how many pairs of tights you are gonna wear, it won't help :(

Welcome to Weekly Vibe #189! Halloween is upon us soon! Though I'm not really preparing for that... unless I do get invited to some events I will be preparing something cool.. and likely Star Wars related.. Hahaha! Nowadays we are having consumers that decided to take hosiery designs to their own hands and went indie and got themselves unique hosiery like Not so Tight tights, LM Glow tights and now enter Hipstik Tights!

How it all started? Here is what it was written in the About section.

"It all started with a pair of scissors. No, seriously! One day after work, while changing into PJs, my husband and co-founder, Jason, was baffled by the scissor cut down the front of my pantyhose. I totally dig at that quote there! I believe the problem of restrictive control top/waistband, rolling and saggy tights happen to everyone who wears tights regardless of any gender. The tights are sized differently not according to your usual S,M,L but according to anatomy because everyone is sized differently and hence it will fit accordingly with minimal chances of rolling waistbands and the silicone stick strip will make sure it the waistband would stick to your tummy preventing rolling on the waist area.

Weekly Vibe #147

Welcome to Weekly Vibe #147! Sorry for the delay, I was away and my computer had some issues and probably still do have issues(GFX card problems)

The haze is still bad but I got myself a really nice looking respirator from Respro!

Someone was telling me I could cosplay as the Winter Soldier... Hahahaha!

Weekly Vibe #96

Hi Creative and Fashionable people!

Welcome to Weekly Vibe #96! Wow it's just 4 more to #100! I really hope you guys had a great week! I was really glad that I could take a few hours away from work and go to the gym earlier and coming home early to spend time with my family members at home! 

I decided to put on hold wearing the A535 from Activskin with shorts because I realised I got a little of a scab on my knee but I'm still happily utilising my opaques! I know I still could wear the sheer A535, but I wanted to try being "stealth" for once after being so "open". Hahahaha! 

I recently also registered for the Swissotel Vertical Marathon for this again which will happen in November this year! And needless to say I'm going to be wearing Activskin's A866 for the marathon like I did last year!

I recently received news from UK Tights that Charnos and Jonathan Aston has released a new line of fashion tights!

Wow! I have to say it's really one bold statement! I actually did want to try one of these patterned tights but I found them a little too loud, I'd probably only do it if I have a very bold coloured top so my tights get muted instead of standing out. But hey if Chan can so can YOU! These tights look like one of Jonathan Aston's Lightning Tights 

Patterned tights like this, yes or no? Or should I say, will you try them?

I experienced something pretty interesting, at the end of the working day on Saturday I was changed and getting ready to go for the gym, I was sporting my military branch's physical training and Knittex's Sporty Leggings and my female colleague noticed and gave a big laugh and she said "Why are you wearing tight?" Well I assumed her bad grammar was supposedly referring to"Tights" and then I said.. "Oh yeah.. they are compression legwear, I wear to run" and suddenly then she kept quiet about it. I was actually laughing in my head... well why? Simply because I felt that she probably had nothing better to say or just had to agree with me that there is nothing wrong with me wearing it! Hahaha!

Most of you might not know but I'm actually going through physical training and eating regime, well most people would say.. "You're on a diet!" Well yeah and I have lost over 4kg or 8.8lbs over a period of 4 weeks. Which included 20 mins plus running the treadmill and 10 mins on the striding machine, (However I ideally would prefer a 40 mins run on the treadmill due to gym regulations. I would eat fruits for lunch and soup for dinner or vice versa, breakfast would still be sandwich because I needed the energy for my job. I'm really glad about how it's turning out and I looking to reach the weight of 85-86kg by the end of the year(currently 94kg and started off at 98kg) I'm so excited!
